At a local marketing event here in Atlanta, GA I decided to ask the keynote speaker, Suzanne Falter-Barns, if I could interview her about her “fee-setting journey.” I wanted to know exactly how she started out and got to the point where she charges $750 per hour while keeping her practice full at all times. Well, she agreed to the interview and the rest is history.

Doubling your fees will DESTROY your business…or will it?

8 minutes and 2 seconds into my interview with Suzanne Falter-Barns I got her to spill the beans on exactly how she almost tripled her fee to $750 per hour simply by repackaging her services.

It’s natural to want to look around and follow the lead of other people in your field.  The problem is that we seldom follow the RIGHT people.  Lack of confidence often gets in the way and we assume that we can’t possibly follow the lead of the super successful so we go to the other extreme and copy what other new business owners are doing.  This is a recipe for disaster.
